Many contaminated, unprotected wells require immediate attention to improve access to safe water. In this Village there are only 2 such wells serving the entire community of more than 1000 residents.
Empowering adolescents with vocational skills is a way to improve incomes and reduce risks to HIV infection. Youths and young women are empowered to undertake skills that will contribute to the betterment of their lives.
